Pole Vault Club Practice Schedule for September, 2024
We offer several options to vault in September. Note some of the sessions will be held outdoors. Indoor sessions are denoted with (I) behind the date and outdoor sessions are denoted with an (O) behind the date. All sessions will limited to 8 athletes to ensure maximum vaulting time. All athletes are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to warm up on their own and be ready to start jumping at the designated start time. You are also welcome to bring your own poles but they cannot be stored at George Mason.
Option 1a: Monday and Wednesday only 7-8 pm. Open to all Vaulters. 7 sessions total: 9/4 (O), 9/9 (O), 9/11 (O), 9/16 (O), 9/18 (O), 9/23 (O), and 9/30 (O). Cost $378 which is a 10% discount. All poles are furnished. Use this link to register.
Single Session Option 1b on M or W for all vaulters. Cost $60 per session. All poles are furnished. Sign up using this link and indicate which actual date(s) you will attend. Use this link to register.

Option 3: Sunday Only 10-11 a.m. for Novice vaulters
4 sessions total 9/1 (I), 9/15 (O), 9/22 (I), 9/29 (O). Cost $240 and all poles are furnished. Use this link to register. As of September 1, one spot left.
Option 4: Sunday Only 11-12 p.m. for Experienced vaulters
4 sessions total 9/1 (I), 9/15 (O), 9/22 (I), 9/29 (O). Cost $240 and all poles are furnished. Use this link to register. As of September 1, this session is full.

Payments can be made via Venmo to @decker-barborek or bring cash or check to first practice.
Note: For any outdoor practice that is rained out, it will be made up during the month of September.

How to Pay (only after receiving confirmation from registration coordinator).
You will know you have made it off the wait list once you receive an email from NOVA PVC/registration coordinator. Once you receive this confirmation, you may pay the registration fee via credit card with a 3% fee, or with without fee by check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo
Cash: Bring the cash to Coach Barborek at the beginning of practice
Check: Bring the check to Coach Barborek at the beginning of your first practice. Checks should be made out to "Decker Barborek".
Venmo: Pay Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club @NOVA-PVC on Venmo. Put your athlete's first and last name in the "What's it for" section.
Credit Card: You can pay via credit card when you see coach Barborek in person at your first practice. Reminder: There is an extra 3% fee for doing this.
