Coaching Staff

Decker is the founder of the Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club. He was a D1 pole vaulter at George Mason University and is passionate about pole vaulting and looks forward to nurturing this passion in other young athletes!

Brody is one of the coaches at the Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club. He is a current D1 pole vaulter at George Mason University.

Hannah is one of the coaches at the Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club. She was a D1 pole vaulter at George Mason University.

Kennedy is the head coach of the advanced group. She competed in pole vault at Virginia Tech during her undergraduate studies in chemistry and now train at George Mason University while pursuing a graduate degree in forensic chemistry. Her personal best is 4.15m (13’ 7.25”).

Megan is one of the coaches at the Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club. She is a D1 pole vaulter at George Mason University.

Alessa is one of the coaches at the Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club. She was a D1 pole vaulter at George Mason University.

James is the head coach of the intermediate group at the Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club. He was a D1 pole vaulter at Virginia Tech.

Ryan is one of the coaches at the Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club. He was a D1 pole vaulter at George Mason University.

Tim is one of the coaches at the Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club.
