Chris Uhle

Coach Chris is a Volunteer Coach at the Northern Virginia Pole Vault Club. He competed in the pole vault at Virginia Tech, where he was a 2-time ACC Champion (Indoor 2015 & Outdoor 2016) and NCAA National qualifier achieving a personal best of 5.52m (18’1.25”). In high school, he is the former Ohio State record holder and achieved multiple podium finishes at the Indoor and Outdoor Ohio State Championships and was the 2010 Outdoor State Champion. He was also an accomplished runner, participating in Cross Country as well as the 400 (PB of 47.3) and 800 meter (PB of 1:53.3) in high school.
